The residence features a curved roof-line clad in copper. The home includes green building features like a super-insulated shell, an energy-recovery ventilator, and a high-efficiency gas boiler with radiant in-floor heat. Custom features include interior metalwork on railings and the balustrade, as well as a curved kitchen island.
